Overview

Fail-safe heating integration. Electric duct heaters add heat directly in the duct, each one fabricated in the size and capacity the system calls for — round or rectangular, for any duct.

The frame is made slightly smaller than the duct, with flanged ends, so the heater slips into the run and bolts to it. Inside our air handling units, the heater takes the same dimensions as a coil section.

Protection is multi-layered: an automatic thermal cut-out with thermo-disc sensors, magnetic contactors, an automatic circuit breaker with overload protection, and adjustable thermostats for precise temperature control.
