Overview

Ductwork, dampers and coils need inspecting, and an access door is only useful if it closes as tight as the duct around it. Ours are engineered with continuous piano hinges, foam gaskets and cam locks for a 100% airtight seal.

Frame and door are 0.8 mm (22 gauge) galvanized steel, the door single skin or double skin, hinged or fully removable, with a round transparent window as an option so the duct can be inspected without opening it. Hinged doors up to 406 mm carry one lock and larger doors two; removable doors carry two, or four above 406 mm.

They are also made in black steel for welded kitchen and smoke ductwork, and as an access-door grille, from 100 × 100 mm to 600 × 1000 mm.
