Overview

Built for high capacity. Linear bar grilles use fixed bar blades in specially extruded aluminium, delivering up to 65% free area, with the plenum box fitted behind the grille, for supply or return.

The wall and duct grille has a 30 mm border and 3.5 mm blades on a 15 mm pitch; the floor grille carries heavier 5 mm blades on the same pitch. Both come with a 0° or 15° deflection, and a special T-blade profile is available. They fit straight into the duct, or on a subframe into builders' work.

Standard sizes run from 100 to 1,200 mm long and 100 to 600 mm high, and a single grille runs up to 2,700 mm. Per metre of length, a 50 mm grille passes about 240 – 720 m³/h and a 300 mm grille 1,340 – 4,020 m³/h at 2 to 6 m/s. Screw fixing is standard; spring clips and concealed fixing are available.
