Overview

Precision-engineered for flush mounting. Our square ceiling diffusers serve supply or extract in rooms up to 4 m high, with a supply air temperature differential of up to ±10 K, discharging horizontally along the ceiling in 1-, 2-, 3- or 4-way patterns.

The face is a peripheral border, fixed air control blades and a centre cone in extruded aluminium, held by spring screws so it lifts out for access. Behind it, an opposed-blade damper adjustable from the face with a special key sets the airflow, and a galvanized plenum box with a side-entry spigot steadies the air before it leaves; an insulated plenum lowers the sound level further.

Necks run from 150 × 150 to 600 × 600 mm, handling 80 to 2,960 m³/h at 2 to 6 m/s. In independent tests at Cairo University's Measurements and Calibration Labs, a 450 × 450 mm diffuser delivered 725 to 1,730 m³/h at 29 – 30 dB.

Certifications & standards

What each mark on this product means, who issues it and how it applies here.

All certifications & standards
  • ISO 9001

    Quality Management Systems

Issued by International Organization for Standardization (ISO)

    What it is
The international standard for quality management systems. A certified company works to documented processes, checks its output against them, records what it finds and corrects the cause of any fault, and is audited on all of it by an independent certification body.

Frequently asked

For anything these answers do not cover, speak to one of our engineers directly.

How much air does each size handle?

At 2 to 6 m/s: 80 – 240 m³/h for a 150 mm neck, 275 – 820 for 300 mm, 580 – 1,740 for 450 mm and 990 – 2,960 m³/h for 600 mm.

Has the diffuser been independently tested?

Yes. Cairo University's Measurements and Calibration Labs measured a 450 × 450 mm diffuser at 725 to 1,730 m³/h and recorded 29 – 30 dB across the range (certificate MCL 0721801Z/A).

Will it fit a 600 mm ceiling tile?

Yes. The diffuser is made in a 595 × 595 mm lay-in version for tile ceilings, besides face-screwed and side-fixed versions.

Can the colour match the ceiling?

Yes. RAL 9010 white powder coat is standard; any RAL colour or a matt anodized aluminium finish is available on request.
