Overview

A condensing unit is the outdoor half of a split DX system: compressor, air-cooled condenser and controls, feeding the DX coil of an air handling unit or an indoor unit. Ours are built for uninterrupted industrial duty, in standard models from 5 to 50 TR (EX-CU-5 to EX-CU-50) and custom configurations up to 200 TR.

Protection is built in rather than added: high and low pressure protection, compressor overload protection and hot gas bypass, with a 50 °C ambient rating so the unit keeps running through the hottest week of the year.

They run on R-407C, R-410A or R-22 for flexible system integration, and a low-noise, low-vibration design keeps installation easy and maintenance cost-effective.

AHRI runs independent performance certification for HVAC equipment and selection software. Products are tested in third-party laboratories, and a certified rating has to match the measured result within set tolerances.

On this product

The coils are selected on AHRI-certified Unilab software, so the capacity quoted on your submittal is the capacity the coil delivers when it is tested.
