Overview

Heavy-duty environmental separation. An industrial air curtain blows a sheet of air across an open doorway, keeping the two sides of it apart — heat, dust and insects outside, conditioned air inside — while people and vehicles pass through.

Ours leave the outlet at 10 to 12 m/s and still carry 2 to 2.5 m/s at 6 m. Low-noise forward-curved blowers, with galvanized scrolls and wheels balanced statically and dynamically, run on high-efficiency direct-drive motors with IP-55 protection for resilient, continuous operation.

The standard range runs from 1.0 to 3.0 m long in 0.25 m steps (IAC-1000 to IAC-3000), with two to six blowers on one to three motors, in a 40 mm aluminium profile frame with 1.0 mm galvanized steel panels, electrostatically painted grey. Wider doors take units side by side, and the range covers door heights from 3 to 7 m.
