Overview

Pure, contamination-free airflow. Stainless steel ducts are precisely fabricated from high-grade stainless steel to ASTM A480/A240, a corrosion-resistant material that minimises bacteria growth inside the air system and stands up to cleaning.

They are made from sheet in 1.25, 1.5 and 2.0 mm, on the same CNC lines as the rest of our ductwork.

They are specified where contamination control is paramount: operating theatres, critical laboratories, pharmaceutical plants, cleanrooms, sterile processing areas and food processing facilities.

What it is

SMACNA's HVAC Duct Construction Standards set how sheet-metal ductwork is built for a given pressure class: sheet gauge, joints and seams, reinforcement spacing and sealing. Consultants across the region specify ductwork by reference to them.
